ASEP: Public recruitment is “unfreezing” – The first competition

The holding of national elections is expected to give “end” in the “freeze” of recruitments and to “unlock” all the processes that have been temporarily stopped at ASEP. Therefore, as long as tomorrow’s election results reveal a new government, the Authority will be able, from the very next week, to continue its work without interruption from where it left off, when the elections of May 21.

There are of course recruitments that not “stumble” to “election freeze”, as they are considered of key importance for the functioning of the state. We remind you that from “freeze” recruitment excludes the recruitment of teachers as well as all the procedures necessary for the completion of the pan-Hellenic written competition of ASEP, which was held in March.

But apart from the exceptions we mentioned there are procedures that have stopped completely and they are expected to start from the very next week. These procedures concern new tenders that are expected to “open” immediately over 300 permanent positions in the public sector.

In particular, according to his information proson.grthe first tender to be unfrozen will be 2K/2023, which foresees filling 72 seats in Chambers of the country. Immediately after 2K/2023, 3K/2023 will follow, which foresees the filling 29 seats to the Local Vascular Improvement Organizations (TOEB) of the whole country.

Afterwards, two more large competitions will take place that will “open” positions in the Ministry of Justice, in ministry Citizen Protection as well and to 13 more large Education and public institutions.

It is worth noting that for all the competitions we mentioned above no written competition is required and the recruitments will be made based on the scoring of the candidates.

The following competitions in detail:

The announcement for the Chambers

The announcement for the Chambers has received a number, which is expected to be the next in a series to be issued by ASEP and not will be addressed to winners of the Panhellenic written competition. This is the announcement number 2K/2023, which concerns the filling 72 seats in Chambers of the whole country.

In particular, 2K/2023 concerns the filling of:

• 2 University and Secondary Education places in Chamber of Imathia
• 4 places of University, Secondary and Compulsory education in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thessaloniki
• 64 University, Technological and Secondary Education in Technical Chamber of Greece,
• 1 post of Secondary Education in Chamber of Ioannina
• 1 place of University education in Chamber of Serres

The notice for TOEB

The announcement for the TOEBs has also received a number. In particular, after the announcement for Chambers, the announcement 3K/2023 will follow for filling in total 29 seats to the Local Vascular Improvement Organizations (TOEB) and specifically for filling:

• One position Secondary education at TOEB B’ Zone Messaras
• Six seats University, Technological and Secondary Education at GOEB Orestiada
• One position University education at TOEB Acheron Glykis
• Two seats of Technology and Secondary Education at TOEB Mikro Monastiriou
• Two seats University and Technological Education at TOEB Veria
• Three seats University, Technological and Secondary Education at TOEB Enipeas of Farsala
• One position University education at TOEB Arapitsis Nausis
• One position Secondary education at TOEB Prasinada, Alexandria, Imathia
• Eleven of University, Technological and Secondary Education positions at GOEB Pediadon Thessaloniki Lagada
• One position University education at TOEB Boida – Mavris

The notice for 13 large public bodies

Although he has not received a number yet, he is processing the ASEP and the notice for the filling as a whole 80 seats in National Libraries, Metropolises, ministries, Universities and other public bodies.

• 31 PE, TE, DE and HR category positions at National Libraries
• 14 PE positions of his category Ministry of the Interior
• 3 positions PE, TE of his category EKDDA
• 6 PE, TE, HY category positions in AAcademy of Athens
• 1 position DE category in Holy Metropolis Dryinoupoleos, Pogonianis & Konitsi
• 1 class PE position in Holy Metropolis Arkalochori, Kastelli & Viannos
• 2 seats PE, TE category in International University of Greece
• 8 positions PE, DE category in E.O.P.E.P.E.P.
• 1 class PE position in Holy Metropolis Xanthi and Peritherio
• 1 category PE position in University of Crete
• 8 Holy Metropolis PE category in ELGA
• 1 position PE Coordinator of Transplants in EOM
• 3 positions PE, TE of his class WE COME

The proclamation for two ministries

Finally, ASEP also processes the notice for coverage 160 permanent positions in two ministries. In particular, according to document of the Authority that owns proson.gr, the ASEP is working on a draft announcement to cover, in total, 160 positions in the Ministry of Citizen Protection and the Ministry of Justice.

The 160 positions of the announcement are distributed as follows:

• 126 places in detention centers throughout the country, which operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Citizen Protection
• 34 positions in the Ministry of Justice.

For reservation stores graduates of PE, TE, DE disciplines will be able to apply. In the Ministry of Justice there will be positions for all levels of education, PE, TE, DE and HE.
