Arpan Khanna of Canada’s main opposition Conservative Party won with 16,144 votes against Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party candidate David Hilderley’s 13,574 votes.

Arpan Khanna was born in Canada and gained membership in the Conservative Party of Canada after practicing law. He was considered very close to former Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper based on his tireless work for the party for the last 10 years.
