At the same time, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has also broken his silence on this matter. Here, on the opposition’s demand to form a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) to investigate this dispute, Amit Shah has now said that the Supreme Court has already taken cognizance of the matter and the court itself has An inquiry committee has also been constituted. Also now he said that, if something wrong has happened then no one should be spared.

Significantly, in a program of a private TV channel, Union Minister Amit Shah said that the government is not under any illusion on this dispute. The Supreme Court has constituted a separate inquiry committee to probe the Adani-Hindenburg affair. Now people should trust the judicial process of the country.” He clearly said that, โ€œIf anyone has evidence related to this matter, then he should be presented before the Supreme Court committee.โ€

Amit Shah further said that, โ€œIf something wrong has happened then no one should be spared in this matter.โ€ He also said that, “The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has already informed the Supreme Court that it is conducting an internal inquiry into the matter.”

In this program, Amit Shah clearly said that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is going to form its government in the year 2024 as well and Narendra Modi will become the Prime Minister of the country for the third consecutive time. He further said that after the coming of the Modi government, the three important issues of Jammu and Kashmir, the Northeast and the Naxalite problem have been largely resolved so far.

Regarding the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Amit Shah made it clear that, โ€œThe public will decide who will be the next Prime Minister of the country. I have visited all parts of the country and have realized that BJP will form the next government in the country and Modi will become the Prime Minister of the country for the third time in a row. He further said, โ€œThis will be the first time since 1970, when a Prime Minister will be elected for a third consecutive term. We will get more than 303 seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
