Indian ambassador Taranjit Sandh attended Guru Nanak’s court. He participated in the organized program. He also attended the Sangat of the area to celebrate Guru Purab. Sharing a post on social media, he said that today on the occasion of Guru Parv, I had the privilege of attending the Durbar of Guru Nanak Ji in Long Island along with the devotees from Afghanistan. During this, Kirtan Sarvan was performed and Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s message of unity, unity and equality was discussed. Guru threw langar on Purab and took blessings from everyone.

It is worth mentioning that there is a continuous increase in incidents of violence by Khalistani supporters in many areas including Canada, Britain, Australia and America. Earlier, Khalistanis set fire to the Indian consulate in San Francisco in July. India has urged the US authorities to provide evidence in this matter. Earlier in September, Indian High Commissioner to Britain Vikram Doraiswamy was barred from entering a Gurdwara in Glasgow, Scotland.
