Ingredients to make Potato Bhujia Sev
Potato – 4-5
Gram flour – 2 cups
Rice flour – 3/4 cup
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Dry mango – 1/2 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Potato Bhujia Sev
To make Aloo Bhujia Sev, first boil the potatoes and grate them in a big bowl after peeling them. Now add rice flour and gram flour in the bowl and mix everything well. After this add red chili powder, turmeric, dried mango powder, cumin powder, garam masala and chaat masala to the mixture and mix well and mash. Now add salt as per taste to this mixture and mash after adding 2 teaspoons of oil on top.

Now knead the smooth and soft dough while kneading the mixture. After this, take a mold for making Gujiya Sev and apply oil in it properly so that the mold becomes smooth. After this, put oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the oil becomes hot, fill the dough of Bhujia Sev in the mold and while pressing, put the Bhujia Sev in the pan according to its capacity.

Now deep fry the potato bhujia sev. After frying for 1-2 minutes, flip the potato bhujia sev and fry till golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
