According to the new policy, Disney + Hotstar users will now be able to share their account password with only four people. Let us tell you that a few days ago, Netflix banned password sharing.
The Disney + Hotstar premium account password can currently be shared with up to 10 people in the Indian market and everyone can use the same account on their device, but this is going to be discontinued soon. Now only four people will be able to use one account.
According to the report, Disney+ Hotstar is testing this policy and it will be rolled out soon, although the company has not yet made an official statement regarding the change in this policy.
Talking about OTT in the Indian market, Disney, Netflix, Amazon and JioCinema are very famous. According to experts, Disney + Hotstar has more than 5 crore users in India and its position is No.1.
If the new policy of Disney + Hotstar is implemented, then with the premium plan, login option will be available in 4 devices, while with the basic or cheap plan, the login facility will be available only in two devices.
