A heartbreaking news has come out from Patiala. According to the information, the young cyclist got caught in the race of two cars. The collision was so strong that the deceased’s head got stuck in the car. Instead of stopping the car, the miscreants took the deceased’s head with the car. Police have not been able to locate the head even after more than 48 hours have passed.
The youth is not being cremated as the head has not been found. The name of the deceased youth is Navdeep Kumar (42) resident of Tafjalpur. Late on Friday night, the police kept the body of the youth in the mortuary of Rajindra Hospital.
The incident took place on Thapar College to Gurdwara Shri Dukhniwaran Niwaran Road. In this case, the police has traced the accused Sukhman Singh and nominated him in the case, but the main accused is still absconding.
After the arrest of the accused, the police will interrogate him and confirm the case of running. Navdeep’s family searched for his head all day but nothing was found anywhere.

It is being told that after seeing the blood and engine oil scattered on the road, Navdeep’s family members chased the accused’s car and the police recovered the car from the empty plot. Navdeep was the only earning member of the family. Sanjeev Kumar, brother of the deceased Navdeep, said that Navdeep Kumar used to set up coffee stalls in events. Last night around 12.15 pm, his brother was returning home after attending a function in Central Jail Patiala.

Meanwhile, two speeding vehicles hit his brother’s bike near HDFC Bank. When they reached the spot on receiving information in this regard, they received information from the persons present there that two youths were racing with each other.
Despite this, the police did not register the complaint of the victims until late at night. Due to which the postmortem of Navdeep could not be done on Friday. After a long struggle, the police registered a case.
