In such a situation, a farmer of Gurdaspur got a big shock. Let it be said that the ripe crop of a farmer was destroyed due to the negligence of the electricity department. A farmer’s crop caught fire due to the mistake of the electricity department in district Gurdaspur. While giving information in this regard, the farmer said that he was repeatedly asking the officials of the electricity department to repair the transformer installed in his fields because it was causing fire.

The farmer said that even after being repeatedly told, the officials of the department did not pay any attention to his complaint. The farmers said that when the transformer caught fire in their field, at that time my brother got a shock, due to which he was admitted to the hospital.

Now the aggrieved farmer has demanded that he has suffered a lot and the department should compensate it. He said that his village is Mustabad which falls in Gurdaspur. Also, he said that fire has broken out in two places in the village due to which the entire crop has been destroyed.
