IG Headquarters Sukhchain Singh Gill said that a special campaign will be launched by the police to keep people away from drugs. It will include celebrities and film stars. People will be made aware by spreading their messages through various platforms including social media. Police believe that people consider these celebrities as their idols.
Women who are addicted to drugs will be monitored

Meetings will be held with people and action will be taken based on the feedback received from them. Various competitions including rally, painting will be conducted. The youth will be made aware. The police will coordinate with the anti-narcotics committees.
