Nawanshahr (Nawanshahr) Sadar Police has registered a case for posting a video on stuntman Happy Mahalan and Punjabi singer Kamal Grewal for allegedly performing dangerous stunts on a tractor. A case number 120 has been registered against stuntman Happy Na Mahalan under Section 188 and 279 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 184 of the Motor Vehicle Act.

Manjit Singh, in-charge of Sadar Nawanshahr police station, said that the information given by the informer was received. On this basis, Gagan Pal alias Happy Mahal was accused of violating the orders issued by the DC office on December 11. According to the police, Happy Mahala performed tractor stunts in a dangerous manner against which a case has been registered under Section 188, 279, 184 of the IPC. Along with this there is a song by Kamal Grewal and a case has been registered against him under section 188 due to its provocative lyrics. The status of the song with the lyrics “Jehe Kaam Sarkar Paa Ban Hai, Jat Uan Da Fan Hai” was uploaded. This song has been banned by the government. He also said that these people will be given notice and arrested.
