6 dead, 21 injured

Two private buses collided in Maharashtra’s Buldhana. In this accident, 6 people including two women died, while 20 people were injured. The accident took place on the flyover of Malakpur town at around 2.30 pm on Saturday night.

According to officials, one of these buses was returning to Hingoli from Amarnath Yatra. While the other bus was going towards Nashik.

The accident happened due to truck overtaking
A bus heading towards Nashik tried to overtake a truck. Meanwhile, he collided with the bus coming from the front.

After the accident, senior officials of the district reached the spot and admitted the injured to the hospital. Traffic was also blocked on the flyover for some time.

In the late night of July 1, the bus had an accident in Buldhana. A bus traveling from Nagpur to Pune collided with a pole, mounted the divider and overturned, causing it to burst into flames. There were 33 people in the bus, out of which 25 died on the spot due to burns. Three children were also included in them.

8 people saved their lives by breaking the glass of the bus. The accident took place on Samriddhi Mahamarg Expressway near Pimplakhuta village of Sindkheraraj in Buldhana district.
