An engineer and his partner working in Gobar gas plant under construction on Tapa-Tajoke road have died due to gas inhalation. According to the information, the dung gas plant was being constructed by Tarsem Chand resident of Tapa when the work of dung gas plant was going on at around 12.30 pm engineer Anil Kumar (42) son of Om Singh and his partner Mohit Kumar resident of Narshan Kalan (Haridwar) plant. He was cutting a pipe with a ladder in the dugout, which was about 10 feet deep.
