Ankita Panwar got 28th rank

Ankita Panwar of Chandigarh appeared in the UPSC exam for the fourth time and this time she secured the 28th rank. He did his schooling from Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector-19, Chandigarh. Ankita topped the 2013 CBSE 12th examination from Chandigarh with 97.6 percent marks.
