2 batches of 36 will depart

The Punjab government is in the process of sending principals of the state’s schools to the Principal’s Academy in Singapore to train them in teaching methods and management. In the same vein, once again the principals of 72 schools in two batches of 36 each are going to Singapore for training today.

Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Mann will flag off both the batches of principals. These principals will undergo a 5-day training at the Singapore Academy from July 24 to July 28. After returning to Punjab, he will share the benefits of the training with the school students and staff of the state.

CM Mann will flag off all the tours from Chandigarh. Meanwhile, Education Minister Harjot Bains will also be present with him.

Education model of Punjab became an example
It may be mentioned that the Punjab government has sent batches of principals of many schools to Singapore for training in the past. The Punjab government has hoped that this training will not only bring positive changes in school education in the state, but also improve results. The state government is trying to present the education model of Punjab as an example.
