The Faridkot Sadar police have recovered 100 boxes of liquor from a house in village Araiyanwala Kalan. The police have registered a case against two persons. Under the leadership of SSP Dr. Pragya Jain, major action has been taken against drug smugglers. 65 boxes of english in recovered liquor

Sukhwinder Singh, in -charge of Golewala police post, was informed that drug smuggler Sajan Singh had hidden a large amount of liquor in the house of his partner Jagseer Singh. As soon as the information was received, the police team took immediate action and raided the spot and searched the house.

Police in search of both accused Legal action has been initiated against accused Sajan Singh and Jagseer Singh in the case registered in police station Sadar Faridkot. Police teams are conducting raids at various places to arrest both the accused. According to DSP Trilochan Singh, the accused Sajan Singh has also registered a case of drug smuggling earlier.
Police officials say that information about the source of liquor and distribution network recovered after the arrest of the accused will be collected.
