Shekhar Jyoti Goswami, a member of the band of famous singer Zubin Garg, made a shocking disclosure that Zubin Garg was poisoned in Singapore, killing him. According to ‘Deteld Grounds of Arrest’ or remand note, Jyoti Goswami has alleged that Garg was poisoned by his manager Siddharth Sharma and Northeast India Festival organizer Shyamakanu Mahant in Singapore. Let us tell you that in this case, Jyoti Goswami and Amritprabha Mahant, the organizer of the festival and the manager of Zubin Garg and two members of the band have been arrested and sent to 14 days police custody.

Jubin Garg died under mysterious circumstances while floating in the sea in Singapore. He went to Singapore to participate in the fourth edition of the festival organized by Shyamakunu Mahant and his company. The note states, “When Zubin Garg was panting to breathe and was almost in a state of drowning, at that time Siddharth Sharma was heard shouting ‘Jobe De, Job De’ (let go, let go). The witness said that Zubin Garg was a skilled swimmer … and hence he cannot die.

The note said, “He (Jyoti Goswami) alleged that Siddharth Sharma and Shyamkanu Mahant had poisoned the victim and deliberately chose a place abroad to hide their conspiracy. Siddharth Sharma also instructed him not to share the video of the boat with anyone.” Let us tell you that the CID’s nine -member Special Investigation Team (SIT) is currently investigating the case related to Garg’s death in Singapore. The Assam government has also formed a member Judicial Commission to investigate the case. CID sources have confirmed the truth of the document.

The note stated, “Witness Shekhar Jyoti Goswami’s statement has revealed that the conspiracy to show death before the death of Zubin Garg was conspired. Siddharth Sharma’s conduct living in Singapore with Garg was suspicious.” Quoting Jyoti Goswami, the note also stated that Siddharth Sharma forcibly snatched the control of the boat from the sailor, causing him to shake the middle sea dangerously and pose a threat to all the passengers.

The note states that when the foam was coming out of Zubin Garg’s mouth and nose, Siddharth Sharma postponed it as “instead of providing necessary medical facilities” as ‘acid reflux’ and assured others that there is nothing to worry about. According to the note, “The physical evidence collected during the investigation is prima facie to establish him (Sharma). This note includes documentary records, financial transactions and statements of witnesses.”

Let us also tell you that Shyamakunu Mahant is the younger brother of former Director General of Police (DGP) Bhaskar Jyoti Mahant. Bhaskar is currently the Chief Information Commissioner of Assam State Information Commission. The organizer of the festival is another brother Nani Gopal Mahant, who was the Chief Minister’s Education Advisor before becoming the Vice Chancellor of Guwahati University.

Meanwhile, Assam Police submitted the second post mortem report of singer Zubin Garg to his wife Garima Saikia Garg on Saturday. The first post -mortem report in Singapore was submitted to dignity on Thursday. It is being told that an SIT officer (second post -mortem) had gone to Garima’s house in Kahilipada area of ​​Guwahati to submit a report. Jubin’s second post -mortem was done on 23 September at Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
