The family members of JCB driver Saravan told that he had come home with a girl. Meanwhile, a person from the village and his wife reached there. The accused couple beat up Saravan and threatened to kill him. Hurt by this incident, Saravan swallowed poisonous medicine.

The deceased’s father Surjeet Raj is a tipper driver at the gas agency. He was on duty at the time of the incident. He has demanded strict action against the accused from the police. SI Gurvinder Singh, in charge of police station Tibbad, said that the investigation of the case is going on. A case has been registered against the accused. However, the police have not made the names of the accused public.
