Vajrasana- Whenever you have food, after that sit in Vajrasan everyday. By doing this the problem of constipation will go away. For this, you sit on the mat by bending your knees and touching your feet. Keep the waist and neck straight and keep the heels together. Keep both the hands on the knees. Sit in this pose for some time and close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Tiryaka Bhujangasana- Lie down on your stomach and keep a little distance between both the legs. Both the paws must have turned outwards. Now keep the palms on both sides of your shoulders. Now while inhaling, raise your body till the waist and try to see the left leg while moving from the right side. Then lie down while straightening your neck. Now do the same from the other side. You do this ten times.

Udrakarshana Asana- To do this, bend your knees and sit on the heels and toes of both the feet. Keep both the hands on the knees.
