During the functioning of this scheme, some people had to lose their lives and some became disabled. In this footage, it is clearly visible that a huge explosion occurred from the ground and water flew into the sky. When there was an explosion in the pipeline, a girl was going from there on a scooter, it has been reported that the girl was also injured. Due to thousands of liters of water from the water supply being on the way, the entire campus was waterlogged.
Majipra’s office at a distance
Anglo Hindi High School is near Majipra’s office. There are two big aqueducts that supply water to the city. There is an old water supply line to bring water from Chopdoh dam in this tank. A water supply line was laid in the year 1972 to supply water to the city from the Nilona dam. But after some time this pipeline was used to bring water from Chapdoh dam.
Pipeline repair work started
Already a year ago, the work of Amrit water supply scheme has started in the city. Under this scheme, new water supply lines were laid in the entire city. Today the possibilities of breaking the same pipeline were being expressed. But on March 4, the broken water supply line was of Chapdoh water supply scheme. The city was not getting water supply from this line. But there was accumulation of water in that pipeline. Due to dilapidation of that line, such incident happened due to the pressure of water accumulated in the pipeline. The repair work of this pipeline has started.
