The South Korea’s constitutional court on Friday sacked President Union Suk Yola from his post. The court unanimously pronounced the verdict. Elections for the presidency will be held in Korea in the next 2 months.
Yolle announced the Moreshell Law (Emergency) in the country on 3 December. At the same time, the army and police officers were sent to the country’s Parliament (National Assembly).
After this, on 14 December, the National Assembly passed an impeachment on the President and removed him from the post. In this proposal, Yola was convicted of violation of the Constitution and other laws, attacking the independence of the legislature, and disturbing peace in the country.
