First of all know what happened on the day of the incident Sonu, who hails from village Uncha Samana, went to sleep on the bed in the animal enclosure as usual on the night of 7 May. At around 6:30 in the morning of May 8, when his son came to extract the milk of buffaloes, he saw that the animals were not fodder. When he reached the father, he saw that he was dead in a blood -soaked condition on the bed. There were deep injuries on the head and face and the jaw had come out. The nearby villagers gathered on the spot after hearing the son’s scream. The deceased’s son and wife said that 6 months ago, some youths from village Chaura had assaulted Sonu. After this, two months ago, he was stopped on the way and attacked him. He said that for the last three-four days, the same young man was seen walking around the house. He was also seen in the area on 7 May. The family members of the youth were told about this, but no one paid any attention. After which the police reached the spot and started investigation.
How did the police reach the minor son The police started investigation based on the allegations made by the family. Those who had expressed suspicion on the people were questioned in custody. However, there was no such clue from him that he has killed. Those detained also did not confess to killing. After this, the police started searching the CCTV cameras installed around the house and in the area. The police did not see anyone other than the son of the deceased. How did the minor son kill his father? Sonu’s son told the police- On the night of May 7, I reached the animal enclosure. The father was sleeping there. I picked up the hammer and hit the father’s head lying in deep sleep. When the father was in pain, he turned to see what fell on me. As soon as he turned, the son hammered his mouth. After this, he kept on a hammer on his father’s head until the father died. When he was convinced that the father’s breath had stopped moving, after the murder, he reached his house in the dark. He came home and slept like this, as if nothing had happened. The next morning he reached the animal enclosure and composed a full drama to save himself. No one is suspicious, so he saw his father and started making noise after entering the enclosure on the next day i.e. 8 May. After which people around reached the spot. Police and FSL team reached the spot. To mislead the police, the killer doubted some youths of Chaura village so that the police’s attention would be diverted.

I also told about the bullet bike that he does not study and need a bullet bike. Because of this I started hating my father. The family says that the son was also in the wrong company. He started getting drunk. There was also a scolding from the father about this. 6 months ago, the son brought 3 lakh rupees from someone. He told the father to buy its plot. The father bought the plot. However, the friend from whom the son had brought money started asking back. When the son asked for money from the father, the father said that he bought the plot from him. The son got angry after hearing this answer from his father again and again.
