BJP national president JP Nadda addressed Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar’s 300th birth anniversary program in Jaipur, Rajasthan. During this, he said that today it is my good fortune that I got an opportunity to appear on this auspicious occasion of Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar ji’s 300th birth anniversary. We are sure to celebrate the centenary and the Janshatabdi, but the true tribute to their dignity and the work done is when we bring their inspiration in our lives.

JP Nadda said that there has been a positive change in India in 10 years. So we need to understand that the policy maker is very important … It is not about choosing Bhajan Lal Sharma as CM, it is about choosing a soldier who has the same ideology, who is serving Rajasthan day and night with his team.
Nadda said that it is not enough to only discuss them, we also have to decide what we have to learn from this discussion and in which direction to move forward. If we take this inspiration, it will be meaningful to celebrate their 300th birth anniversary. He said that when Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar took power, external security was in danger, internal discord and economic recession. Like PM Narendra Modi, who converts the disaster into opportunity, Ahilyabai Holkar in the same manner also converted the disaster into opportunity and moved forward.
The BJP president said that after so many years, why and how did Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar live? Why were they not remembered 60-70 years, who ruled and who kept them pressed in the pages…? Whereas today the BJP is trying to bring Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar to the country through every program. He said that Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar ji did many things in terms of women empowerment. Today, the central government, led by PM, is following the ideals of the same (Ahilyabai) and is carrying forward development under the leadership of women.

JP Nadda said that the school did not have toilet facilities for girls, and no one worried about it, due to which the dropout of girls started after fifth grade. Under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the Modi government provided toilet facilities for girls in schools and the dropout of girls was reduced. He said that Kashi Vishwanath Dham was renovated by Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar ji, which the Modi government today gave a more grand and divine form. The reconstruction of the Somnath temple was also the initiative of Ahilyabai Holkar ji, and today, the Modi government is renewing it by furthering the same tradition.
