Tejashwi Yadav said that the Election Commission has announced special revision of voter list in Bihar. This means that the voter list of 8 crore Biharis has been sidelined and a new list will be made.

The Congress has opposed this, saying that it is at risk of deliberately excluding voters using state machinery.
