Where is the Trophy of Asia Cup 2025? This question has been arising since the Indian men’s cricket team and the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) chief Mohsin Naqvi after the controversial deadlock at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium (DICS) on Sunday, when the Indian team defeated Pakistan by five wickets in the final. It took more than an hour to start the prize distribution ceremony as India refused to come on stage in Naqvi’s presence, and the ACC chief, who is also the head of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and takes over several ministries in Pakistan, refused to allow someone else to hand over the trophy.

Finally some Indians also attended the ceremony, including Tilak Verma, Abhishek Sharma and Kuldeep Yadav, who received their awards from other dignitaries, and both of them also spoke to the presenter Sim Duol. However, shortly after, the Dool told that the ACC has told them that India will not take the trophy. India’s stance was clear and the Board of Control for Cricket in India also supported it. Naqvi is infamous for making fun of the nation in the context of its anti -India comments in India and Pahalgam terrorist attacks and Operation Sindoor.
