Voting began on Sunday for the President’s election in Poland. This election can determine the political future of the country and its relations with the European Union.
In this election, Rafale Tzaskovski, the liberal European Union’s pro -Warsaw and Mayor of Warsaw, is compete with the orthodox historian Karol Navaroki supported by the right -wing ‘Law and Justice Party’.
Election results will determine whether Poland will run on the nationalist route or move towards a liberal democratic system. The second and last term of the country’s current President Andrez Duda is ending. Voting started at seven in the morning at seven in the morning, which will end at 9 pm.
The final result is expected to be declared on Monday. Prior to this decisive phase, in the first round match held on May 18, Trazasaskowski had secured around 31 percent and Navrocki got about 30 percent votes and 11 other candidates were out in this round.
