Birth and family
Vishal Bhardwaj was born on 04 August 1965 in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. However, his childhood was spent in Meerut. While staying here, Vishal also played cricket at the state level. Vishal was trying to become a cricketer, but an accident changed everything. In fact, just before a tournament, Vishal’s thumb bone was broken in the practice session. Due to which he could not play cricket further. After this, he put his entire focus towards studies and then opened the way for music and direction.
Music was learned on father’s advice
