There was a debate between the two about the fund in the Rae Bareli parliamentary constituency. The incident took place during the meeting of the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (Disha) in Rae Bareli. Uttar Pradesh minister Dinesh Pratap Singh was sitting right next to Rahul Gandhi, when a sharp debate started between the two.
Rahul Gandhi said that he is presiding over the meeting. “If you have something to say, first ask, then I will give you a chance to speak.”Hearing this, Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh was enraged and then the debate started between the two.Amethi MP KL Sharma was also present in the meeting, who was seen arguing with Rahul Gandhi with Dinesh Pratap Singh.
Rahul Gandhi said ‘I am president’, got a sharp answer
According to the information, the field of direction was being discussed in the meeting. Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi questioned an issue and said that he should have already asked it. On this, Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh objected that Rahul is definitely the president, but is not obliged to hear everything from Rahul. He said, “You do not even listen to the Speaker yourself.”

Who is Dinesh Pratap Singh?
Dinesh Pratap Singh is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) since 2018 and before that he was a member of the Congress. Significantly, he has been a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council since 2010, a member of the Congress and a BJP member since 2022.
Dinesh Pratap Singh contested against Sonia Gandhi from Rae Bareli (Lok Sabha constituency) in the 16th Lok Sabha elections, in which he lost by 1,67,178 votes.
