Vicky Kaushal’s Juhu apartment leased renew: Crores of rupees will be paid in three years, know how much fare will be given in a month?

Vicky Kaushal has again increased its luxury apartment fare agreement (lease) for three years. This means that now for the next three years, he will stay in this apartment with his family and pay 17.01 lakh rupees every month.

Under this deal, the first and second year Vicky will pay a fare of Rs 17.01 lakh every month, while the fare will increase to Rs 17.86 lakhs for the third year. That is, in the next three years, Vicky will pay a fare of about 6.2 crore rupees.

According to reports, Vicky’s apartment is located in a luxury project ‘Raj Mahal’ in Juhu, which is spread over a 258.48 square meter carpet area. It also has three car parking facilities available. This lease deal has been registered in April 2025. Not only this, Vicky has given Rs 1.69 lakh stamp duty and Rs 1,000 registration fee in this deal. Also, he has deposited Rs 1.75 crore as a security deposit.

Significantly, Vicky Kaushal signed a five -year lease for this apartment in the year 2021, when its fare was only Rs 8 lakh per month.
