He made a written complaint to DSP and Mohkampura police station SHO two months ago. But no action was taken. The victim Surjeet Singh said that he was robbed a month ago. An FIR was registered in police station Mohkampura. But the accused are still roaming open.

Station in -charge Harpal Singh said that case number 36 and 37 have been registered in Mohkampura police station. Two convicts have been arrested. Four to five convicts are still absconding. The police have assured the arrest of the remaining accused till Sunday.

The protesters have demanded to build a police post in the area. The strike was terminated after the police assurance.
