A person from Ghaziabad was arrested for allegedly running a fake embassy from a rented house in Kavi Nagar. ADG Law and Order, Uttar Pradesh said that the Noida unit of UP STF has arrested Harshvardhan Jain by busting an illegal embassy in Ghaziabad. He was running an illegal West Arctic Embassy with a rented house in Kavinagar. He described himself as a counselor/ambassador of countries like West Archtika, Saborga, Polvia, Lodonia and roamed in vehicles with a diplomatic number plate. Four vehicles with a diplomatic number plate have also been found.

ADG law and order further stated that 12 diplomatic passports of micronation countries have been received. The Ministry of External Affairs is a fake document imposed. The accused had put diplomatic number plates on his vehicles and tampered with the photographs of several prominent personalities including the Prime Minister and the President. His main activities included deals with companies and individuals to get deals and run hawala racket through fake companies.

The investigation revealed the previous relationship with Harshvardhan’s Chandraswami and international arms dealer Adnan Khagoshi. In 2011, illegal satellite phones were found near Harsh Vardhan and a case was registered at Kavi Nagar Police Station in Ghaziabad. The Noida unit of Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) made more than Rs 44 lakh cash, foreign currency of many countries, four vehicles with diplomatic number plates, 18 diplomatic number plates, 12 diplomatic passports of small countries, fake documents of Foreign Ministry, two fake PAN cards, 34 seals of various countries and companies, two fake press cards and documents of various companies.
