Umar Gul surrounds Pakistan Cricket Board, praised BCCI for Jaspreet Bumrah

Former Pakistan fast bowler Umar Gul praised the think tank of the Indian cricket team. During this, he praised the BCCI for the way Jaspreet Bumrah handled the talent like Jaspreet Bumrah. He also talked about why Pakistan does not adopt such rotation policy, as India does.
Before the Asia Cup match between India and Pakistan on Sunday, Gul was asked about how India’s rotation policy was handled to maximize the capacity of Bumrah. Gul was especially asked about the charge management and also, how sometimes when the players, especially the bowlers, their pace is a few kilometers less but Bumrah still managed to maintain the same pace.
To this, Gul said that the system of Pakistan cricket is such that it creates a sense of insecurity among the established players, due to which they are forced to play matches even if they are not fully fit.
Omar Gul said in a PTV talk show Game on Hai Hai that, unfortunately in our system, the problem in our culture is that when we used to play, any senior player hesitated. If he was even 70-80 percent fit, he would say that I wanted to play. This is also because if another player comes and performs well then the rotation policy is not in our culture.
Omar Gul further said that, we only see the performance. The new player has done well, so bring him to the team and let him play. So I think this belief should develop and have rotation policy. Your priority should be a senior player, when he becomes fit, you should feed him.
Omar Gul also praised the Indian system. The Indian system is streamlined to deal with difficult injuries to the players of the upper line. Umar Gul said that, the players also have the responsibility of the management, even your trainer and your medical staff. Both sides have responsibility.
