Uddhav-Fadnavis met for 20 minutes, Aditya Thackeray was also discussed, tisted policy discussed

Shiv Sena leader Uddhav Thackeray met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today. The meeting took place in the office of Ram Shinde, Chairman of the Legislative Council. His meeting lasted for about 20 minutes. The Shiv Sena (UBT) said that Uddhav Thackeray today met Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis in the office of MLC President and gave him a collection of news articles opposing the third language idea and Hindi imposition in Maharashtra.

During the meeting, Thackeray gave Fadnavis ‘Hindichi Shakti Havich Kaushal?’ (What is the need to make Hindi mandatory?) Uddhav Thackeray’s son and MLA Aditya Thackeray was also present in the meeting. On Wednesday, during the farewell ceremony of the Shiv Sena (UBT) Legislative Councilor and Opposition Leader of Ambadas Danve, whose term ends in August, Fadnavis openly proposed to former Chief Minister Thackeray to join Mahayuti.

Fadnavis said, “Uddhavji, now we have nothing to do till 2029. We have no scope to come there (in opposition). But you have the scope to come here (to power). We can think about it differently. We will talk differently.” Talking to media persons after the meeting, Thackeray said, “These things happened in a light manner. So there is no need to take them seriously. It was a light-heartedness and it should be seen in this way.”
