Two people injured due to car overturning in Bathinda: bags scattered on the road

On Tuesday, two people were injured when a small elephant vehicle overturned on Badal Road in Nai Chhan Chowk in Bathinda. The vehicle was filled with flour bags. Due to deteriorating balance, the vehicle overturned and flour bags were shattered on the road.

The injured have been identified as Vikas Kumar (26) and Vijay Kumar (48). Vikas is a resident of Beed Talab, while Vijay is a resident of Ajit Road. As soon as the accident was reported, Sandeep Gill and Guli Thakur, members of the Life Saving Brigade Helpline Team of Sahara Jan Seva reached the spot.

The injured are undergoing treatment in the hospital.

The team took out the injured from the vehicle and immediately rushed to the emergency ward of the hospital, where they were treated. PCR police was also present at the scene. Manjeet Singh, in -charge of Vardhman Chowki, said that no complaint has been received from the hospital so far. He said that as soon as the complainant is received, the investigation of the case will be started.
