According to SHO Kanwarjit Singh of police station Sadar, the team of Inspector Jasvir Singh stopped a young man while patrolling village Madhozhanda, Saidowal, Manga Road Chaurasta. During interrogation, he named his name Rajinder Singh alias Jindu resident village Toganwal. In the search, 7 grams of heroin was found from him.

SHO of police station Subhanpur, Amandeep Kumar said that a team of ASI Sukhwinder Kumar caught a suspected woman during the patrol. The woman called her name Harpreet Kaur alias Happy resident village Hamira. 50 grams of heroin was recovered from him. The police have registered a case under the NDPS Act against both the accused. Both are being questioned.
