North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) General Secretary Mark Route will meet US President Donald Trump this week. The meeting is taking place at a time when Trump has announced that the US will sell weapons to NATO allies, which they will be able to give to Ukraine.
The routes will live in Washington on Monday and Tuesday and are planning to interact with Trump, Foreign Minister Marco Rubio and Defense Minister Pete Hegseth as well as MPs.
On reaching Washington on Sunday night, Trump told reporters, “I will meet the General Secretary (NATO) who are reaching tomorrow.” We will send them many state -of -the -art weapons and they will pay us full for them. ”

Trump had indicated last week that he was going to give a “big statement” on Russia on Monday, so Root’s American visit is considered important. However, on Sunday, Trump refused to give any further information about his statement. Trump said, “We will see tomorrow what happens.
