Donald Trump’s administration on Wednesday moved to the Supreme Court over the tariff dispute and urged the judges to give a quick decision on the subject that the President had the right to impose business penalty under the federal law.
The US government has appealed to the Supreme Court to reverse the appellate court verdict in which most of the fees of President Donald Trump have been declared illegal under a law related to emergency powers.
The US Appellate Court has currently allowed the fees to be implemented for the federal circuit, but despite this, the administration has requested the Supreme Court to intervene early on Wednesday.
