Passport Rules Change : External ministry has made a major changes in the passport regulations. The ministry has issued a list of documents to be accepted as the date of birth certificate to form a passport.

The issuance issued by the ministry said that only these documents are needed to create a passport. In addition, applications with another documentation will not be accepted.

The External Affairs Ministry has been revised the regulations related to the submission of the date of birth in the notification issued on February 24. According to the new rules, the date of birth will be a valid evidence of the date of birth for children on October 1, 2023, or after the death registration or death registration Act, 1969, the birth certificate.

If born before October 2023

• The birth certificate issued by any other authority issued by any other Authority official under the birth and death registrar or death and death and death registration Act, 1969.

• The metric certificate issued by a recognized school with the applicant’s date of birth or a metric certificate issued by a recognized education board.

• In addition, the Permanent Account Card issued by the Income Creator Department in which the applicant is the date of birth.

• A copy of the Service Record or Salary Pension Order (both apply to government employees), or certified by the official of the relevant ministry or official, which has the date of the applicant.

• The driving license issued by the transport department of the concerned state government, which has the date of the applicant.

• The election photo identification card issued by the Election Commission of India which has the date of the applicant.

• Policy bonds issued by the Indian Life Insurance Corporation or public companies, including the insurance policy of the policy.

Is the only way to get the passport
According to the information issued by the External Affairs, the only way to create passports. Whether a new passport wants to create or the old passport renew. For this, you will need to apply to the official website. Currently, the ministry has only changed the date of birth certificate rules and no other rules have been changed.
