The Punjab government has transferred 12 officers. These include three IAS and 9 PCS officers. Some officers have also been entrusted with the responsibility of additional departments. IAS officer Sanyam Aggarwal, who is handling the responsibility of director higher education,

Similarly, IAS officer Pallavi, who is first handling the responsibility of Special Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation and Additional Head, Water Supply Department. Now he has been given additional responsibility of Special Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation, Additional Special Secretary, Electricity Special Secretary.
Sukhjit Singh has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary, Health and Family Welfare and Additional Secretary Housing and Urban Development. Earlier, he was handling the responsibility of Additional Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Additional Secretary, New and Renewable Energy Member Secretary, Scheduled Castes Commission. While Jagdeep Singh Sehgal has been appointed as Giant Director Local Body.
