The person died in an accident on Sito Road in Abohar, Fazilka. The tractor of Mohan Lal, a resident of village Panchkosi, overturned uncontrollably near Maa Saraswati College. In the accident, the drivers were buried under the tractor.

People nearby immediately informed the SSF security team. The team with the help of local people removed Mohan Lal from under the tractor. He was immediately rushed to the civil hospital in an injured state. But he died as soon as he reached the hospital.
