During interrogation, the accused told the police that they stole a car from Moga area. They were carrying out the incidents in the same stolen car. The arrested accused include Jobanpreet Singh of village Malla, a minor and Akashdeep Singh of village affair. The absconding accused include Harpinder Singh alias Pindi, a resident of village Rama Moga and an unknown.

ITI student was taken away

Three days ago, the robbers took away his purse by assaulting a student studying in ITI. The purse had Rs 2200, ATM card, Aadhaar card and other essential paper. At the time of the incident, the robbers were in a car without number. The police had registered a case against five accused, including unknown. Three have been arrested.

Two accused on two days remand

ASI Sulkhan Singh said that during interrogation, the accused confessed that they had stolen the car from Moga village Indergarh. After stealing the car, when he saw a student coming alone in the village Hathur, he planned to rob it. The police have taken a two -day remand by presenting the accused in court. The minor has been sent to jail.

Police say more revelations may occur in interrogation. Raids are going on in search of the absconding accused.
