The number of districts affected by floods have increased. These include Amritsar, Gurdaspur, Pathankot, Tarn Taran, Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur, Farozepur and Fazilka. The influence of floods are now visible in Patiala and Mansa. The Jathedar Giani Kaldeep Singh, Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht, the Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht, has appealed to the Punjabis to be an in-depth investigation into the state.
In his message, Jathedar Sahib said that the floods have destroyed homes, crops and cattle, with which people are caught in trouble. He said that Punjab had always faced challenges with unity and community. Even today, we need to make sure that no Punjabi hungry, no other place to be hungry, and found support and assistance to every impressed family. He also appealed to all religious and social organizations at the time dedication to serve humanity with the same sense.

Jathedar said that Punjab had severely damaged due to floods and now more worrying in 2025 has become more worrying. He said that the real reasons for the destruction needed a detailed investigation to prevent future crisis. He appeared that after declining water challenges would not end and maintain the unity during the recovery stage.
