This initiative of PM Modi got the honor of Guinness World Record, registration was more than 3.53 crores

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leading initiative, Discussion on Examination (PPC), which is being successfully conducted by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with MyGov, has been awarded the Guinness World Record for “Registration of Most of the Civil Affairs in a month” for the registration of the most people on a month, said in a release on Monday. This recognition celebrates the unprecedented achievement of 3.53 crore valid registrations obtained during the eighth edition of the program organized on MyGov platform.

Discussion on the exam is a unique global platform, envisaged and run by Prime Minister Modi, where he communicates directly with students, teachers and parents. This initiative converts the exam season into a celebration of positivity, preparation and purposeful learning, which makes the exams a time of incentive rather than stress. The official Guinness World Record Certificate was formally awarded at a ceremony held in New Delhi.

The event was attended by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Electronics and Information Technology, Railways and Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology Jitin Prasad, Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, Sanjay Kumar, CEO of MyGov, Nand Kumarram, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Education and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and other chief persons were present. Rishi Nath, the official judge of Guinness World Records, validated and declared this record.

Speaking on the occasion, Dharmendra Pradhan said that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the discussion on the exam has been renovated as a national approach to the examinations by changing the tension. Pradhan said that in 2025, the 8th edition of PPC was seen by more than 21 million audiences on all media platforms. He further stated that the heavy participation in PPC 2025 is being seen as the country’s collective commitment to overall and inclusive education and alignment of developed India.
