It is expected to be officially announced at the state executive meeting to be held at 3 pm on Tuesday afternoon. The change of leadership in Maharashtra’s very important municipal elections is being considered a strategic step. Another contender, Rajesh Tope, along with Shinde, is also emerging, which shows solidarity in the Sharad Pawar camp and the internal search of new leadership.
