Thieves have carried out a major incident at the Mahakal temple of Budhlada in Mansa. The thieves broke the locks of the temple at night and stole 10 tola gold, two kg of silver and one and a half lakh rupees. When the priest went to the temple in the morning, the theft was detected. According to the information, the priest found the locks of the temple broken. The locks of the bag kept inside were also found broken. The thieves also took the furniture of the temple. Also stole DVR. In the CCTV cameras installed in the street, thieves are clearly visible while carrying out the incident.
Demand for arrest from police soon
BJP district president Rakesh Jain said that Aastha of Agrawal Samaj is associated with Mahakal temple. Local people have demanded early arrest of thieves. The police have registered a case against unknown people. Investigation has been started. There are frequent incidents of theft in Budhlada, causing resentment among the local people.
