This institute will be trained in various courses like acting, script writing, editing, VFX, camera operation, lighting, fashion, media and mass communication. The special thing is that after training, the youth will also get employment opportunities in Film City itself, which will increase employment prospects at the local level. It is noteworthy that this International Film City, constructed near Yamuna Expressway, is being developed under the first phase in 230 acres, which will cost Rs 1,510 crore.
Film institute will be equipped with modern facilities
Bollywood’s famous producer Boney Kapoor and Bhutani Group’s Consorceum Bevyuua Bhutani Film City Pvt. Ltd. By the Yamuna Expressway is going to produce Film City in Sector 21 of Industrial Development Authority (Yida). In the first phase of construction, the construction of various studios and film institutes will be completed within the next three years. The company’s GM Rajiv Arora said that this film institute will be unique of its kind. In the first phase, it will be constructed in an area of ​​3 lakh square feet. The institute will have classes equipped with modern techniques, studios, editing suites and VR labs. Students will be provided with the experience of working on real film projects, as well as their access to the latest film techniques.

Local youth priority, will get employment opportunities
Rajiv Arora said that local youth will be given priority in both training and employment in the institute. Especially the youth of Yamuna Expressway and its surrounding areas will get the first preference, while youth from other parts of Uttar Pradesh will also be benefited. He said that it would be more economical to train and provide employment to local youth than bringing staff from Mumbai, which will create jobs in studios, production and other fields in Film City itself.
Partnership with comprehensive curriculum and production house
The institute will have courses like acting, story writing, script writing, editing, camera operation, lightman, spot boy, VFX, fashion and mass communication. In addition, training and facilities related to film music will also be provided. Workshops, internships and guest lectures will be organized through partnership with the production house, which will give students a chance to learn from industry veterans. There will be a system of organizing the premiere of films in Film City, so that the production house does not have to wander in other cities to launch its films. Along with this, a composite resource center with films, scripts and academic materials will also be set up. This center will serve as an important resource for students and filmmakers.
