America wanted to sell F35 to India but in India itself the reality check of F35 was done. This aircraft stood in the open sky on Thiruvantapuram due to a malfunction or any major mystery. But when India asked Britain to shift aircraft from the open sky to the hangar, he refused. Britain felt that India would steal the technology of this aircraft. But now a team of UK experts has come and has taken this aircraft inside the hangar dragging. Sources said that the team of British engineer, especially to repair the aircraft, will assess the flaw. He said that an engineering team from Britain reached the international airport here on Sunday to assess and repair the British Royal Navy F-35B Lightning fighter aircraft. A spokesman for the British High Commission confirmed the arrival of the engineering team at the airport. The spokesperson said in a statement that a UK engineering team has been sent to the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport to assess and repair the F-35B aircraft.

According to the spokesperson, Britain has accepted the offer to take the aircraft to the maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) center of the airport and is discussing with the concerned authorities to finalize the system. Meanwhile, airport sources reported that the fighter aircraft had been taken to the MRO. Britain is very grateful for continuous support and cooperation of Indian officials and airport team. The aircraft costs around US $ 11 million which is considered one of the most advanced fighter aircraft in the world. The aircraft landed in an emergency at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport on 14 June.
