The Education Department of the Punjab Government is preparing to teach Telugu Language in government schools in the state. So the notification has been issued. The Indian language camps for students from the 6th to 10th to June 5 to June 5, ‘Indian language summarks will be organized in which the basic information of the Telugu language will be provided.
According to the notice issued by the Education Department, the Indian-language sumpent camp will run for 7 days in government schools. Students from 6th to the 6th to 10 will take part in this camp. The notification has been issued under the directions of the SCERT Director, PCS Aman Amant Kaur Brar of Punjab.
But considering the present situation in the state in the state have questioned it. Teachers say that more than more than more than 3800 students in Punjab and 1571 students of the 10th class have been failed to the Punjabi to teach teachers to teach Telugu language.
Democratic Teachers front has strictly opposed it. He says that when the students are behind in Punjabi, the fourth language burden is completely unconscious and irrational.
- According to the released order
- Summer camp will be run in all government schools in the state.
- Students from the class 6th to 10 will take part in it.
- In addition to the curriculum (Punjabi, Hindi and English), students will be given the basic knowledge of an additional Indian language, Telugu.
- The medium of education will be physical (common classroom based).
- Students will be divided into 3 groups and training will be trained.
- Activities will be conducted activities related to cooking, music, arts, culture, dance, historic places etc.
- The classes will be taken after half a day off in the days of the week and in the holidays.
- If the school has fewer than 75 students, all children must be included.
- Teachers will be appointed as a nodal officer and the schools will get Rs 30 budget per student to the summer camps.
