The Sensex fell by 58,200 points

The Indian stock market opened on the fourth trading day of the week Remained sluggish on Thursday. In early trade, both the Sensex and the Nifty were trading at the red mark.

Axis Bank, Tech Mahindra, Ultratech, Titan, HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance, Mahindra & Mahindra, Maruti, Bajaj Auto, Reliance fell in early trade on the BSE index. Beneficiaries, on the other hand, include Nestle India, Kotak Bank, Tata Steel, NTPC, Airtel and TCS.
