Kataria has launched a march on the campaign against drug addiction for supply of arms in Punjab. In this regard, he spoke to Dainik Bhaskar. He responded to the issues going on in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and the drug trade spread in Punjab. They are in Udaipur these days.

Question: What are your march for?
answer: Weapons are coming from Pakistan through drones and drugs are also being sent. Being in a responsible post, it is necessary to save the youth from this gang. To eliminate drug addiction, the purpose of going among the public is the purpose of organizing a mass movement and has started a padyatra with this thinking.
Punjab has come to a very difficult situation due to this intoxication. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is engaged in making the country intoxicated. When Punjab sees the data, Punjab comes in the most drugged states. The big reason for this is that our border is 533 km. Pakistan wants to weaken us there. For this, the transaction of drugs and weapons is being done through the system of drones. The central government has also given anti -drones, but there is no number that we are able to keep a watch for 533 km.
Question: How did the thinking of starting the campaign came to mind?
answer: When I went there among the communities of the village, I heard the pain of mothers and sisters. He told that our family is being ruined. He said that if there is no development, then do something to stop this trend of intoxication.
I felt that the matter was very serious. By the way, I read the report of regular crime, then I felt that there is a big reason for the crime. Drug addiction has become a big business and the game of Arabs is going on. The government also catchs, punishes but is not being controlled. Hearing this, he felt that something would have to be done.
Question: What is the permanent solution to convince the youth to stop drugs?
answer: The government of Punjab also tried. The government has also been taking strict action for 2 months. The properties of many such gangs have also been demolished. People are also caught. I believe that the government and the law are never a permanent solution to any problem, a permanent solution will be due to mass movement and public involvement. There will be drug -free villages, streets, colleges and universities and we will be able to save the coming generations.
Question: What is the difference between the journeys of political life and the padyatra of Punjab?
answer: It had political objectives. Work was done on strengthening the party. The public was associated with the party. Here a party has nothing to do. In my post, neither I have to contest from Punjab nor do I want to go to any post. The public with whom I am enjoying the facility. In such a situation, I am trying for how I can save the coming generation.
Question: The Supreme Court also described the 10 essential bills of the Tamil Nadu government on behalf of the Governor as illegal. What do you think about the role of a governor?
answer: I think that we all respect the court. The instructions given by the court, certainly not to stop the bills for a long time. If you are in your power, then send the bills forward, if not, then send it back. According to the process that happens, democracy will have to be respected.
Question: In the session of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, 3 Bills went to the Select Committee, many ministers were not with preparations to answer. How does this happen
answer: It is not in my jurisdiction to comment about this. I definitely understand so much about this, it is not a bad task to hand over to the Select Committee. If someone has been discussed with this type of evidence against him, then it should be discussed in the Select Committee. All parties are represented in the Select Committee, good people live in it.
I have also been in the Select Committee many times. There is no party there, there is discussion on merit basis. It is good that the filled bills will come after that. This is a good process. There may be some opposition.
Question: When you were a minister, you used to exercise hours for answers to the questions of the assembly and in today’s time the incomplete answers of many ministers lead to a strange situation!
answer: Nowadays the public performs reception, it seems that the leadership will increase. This is misunderstanding. How well the work you have given to you, prepares your picture. When I lived in Jaipur, on Monday to Friday, I did not make any program at Jaipur headquarters.
Saturday and Sunday used to make my own programs. I tell all my ministers to sit among the public. If you sit, you will be able to give time and the more time you give them, the more people (people) will consider them. If you understand, you will be able to do justice. Otherwise, the officer will have to work accordingly.

Started the journey from Dera Baba Nanak. The yatra ended at Gurdaspur till 6 April and on 7-8 April at Jallianwala Bagh in Amritsar. This is the first phase of the journey and now the second phase will start in which the journey will be taken out in the remaining districts.
