The news of a moving car catching fire has come to light in Mansa. An Alto car coming from Mansa towards Jhunir suddenly caught fire. A married woman in the car died while her husband, one-year-old child and mother-in-law were burnt. The police have admitted everyone to the hospital. The cause of the fire has not been ascertained.

A car going from Mansa to Jhunir suddenly caught fire at around 11 pm last night. In the fire, Seema Rani’s wife Tarun Tayal was burnt alive, while her son Sanchit Tayal, husband Varun Tayal, mother-in-law Darshana Rani were burnt alive. The injured were admitted to the Civil Hospital.

Seeing the critical condition of Darshana Rani from Civil Hospital, she has been referred to another hospital. Along with this, the condition of the woman’s husband and child is said to be good. The police have handed over the body of Seema Rani to the heirs after the post-mortem. ASI Gurmail Singh of police station Ramdittewala said that the police have registered a case against two unidentified vehicle drivers in this case and started searching for them.

Just yesterday, a car caught fire suddenly at Chachoki near Phagwara on the Ludhiana-Jalandhar highway in Jalandhar. In this incident, the family of the car rider escaped unhurt. Lakhwinder Singh, the owner of the vehicle, said that he was going to Tanda from Ludhiana in his Alto car. Then on the way the car started to overheat. The smell of burning was also coming from the car, so those people escaped, soon after that the car caught fire.
